CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

Yes, tickets will be available at the gate at higher prices. We recommend that you by them in advance online as a sellout is expected.

HOW MANY WINES CAN WE TASTE?

Your VIP and General Admission ticket entitles you to wine tasting privileges (PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY! We reserve the right to politely refuse service to anyone we feel is intoxicated. Each General Admission or VIP Pavilion ticket purchaser will receive a commemorative wine glass and a lanyard. (VIP Guests receive a larger tasting glass and lanyard.) There will be hundreds of wines to sample so please pace yourself and don’t overindulge! We will be providing lots of complimentary water to drink dispersed at strategic locations throughout the festival venue.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Charles County Wine & Food Festival – Saturday, May 11th, 2019
VIP Pavilion ticket holders may enter at 11 a.m. for 60 minutes of preview wine tasting, and priority access to the food and craft vendors. General Admission and Designated Driver ticket holders may enter at Noon. The event ends at 6 p.m. sharp.

Mother’s Day Rose’ Brunch – Sunday, May 12th, 2019
Ticket holders may enter at 11 a.m. The event ends at 4 p.m. sharp. Must be 21+ to enter.

CAN WE BRING OUR PICNIC LUNCH, CHAIRS AND BLANKET?

No outside food or beverage is allowed. We do encourage our guests to bring pop-up tents, umbrellas, fold-up chairs, blankets, small tables, small wagons to tote around items, and empty coolers, as we will be selling ice on site for you to keep your beverages cold.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

Upon arrival, all guests will receive a wristband and hand stamp. In order re-enter the festival after exiting, you must show your wristband and hand stamp.

WHAT TO BRING?

  • CASH….many of the craft and food vendors will accept credit cards but to save yourself the time and hassle of having to track down an ATM if they do not, we recommend bringing cash.
  • VALID ID….All guests entering will have their ID’s checked to verify that they are of legal drinking age if they have purchased a VIP Pavilion or General Admission ticket.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY TICKET OR CAN’T COME?

Our ticketing companies will send you an email with your ticket information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN…. If for some reason you are not able to locate the email sent to you with your tickets attached, please email charlescountywinefest@aidenentertainment.com at least 1-week prior to the festival.

WHERE CAN WE PARK?

There is ample FREE parking available at the festival site.

CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN OR PETS?

Kids 12 and under are free but please note that this event is not designated for children. They are welcome, but you will find very little of interest to them at the Festival. NO PETS ALLOWED. Service Dogs are welcome but must register in advance and on-site upon arrival with all proper documentation. Please email charlescountywineandfoodfest@gmail.com to register.

Attendees must be 21+ to attend. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Dress is casual with a mandatory pink and white dress code! MUST BE 21+ to enter

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

This is a rain or shine event. The Festival will go on regardless of the weather. If it looks like rain, bring an umbrella and we will be selling a limited amount of rain ponchos on site! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

WHAT NOT TO BRING?

  • No weapons
  • No outside alcohol, illegal substances, food or beverages

ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED BY OUR SECURITY TEAM PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FESTIVAL
